Olivia received her Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree with honors from California State University in Turlock, CA. She went on to pursue graduate studies at Hacettepe and Middle Eastern Technical University in Ankara, Turkey.

Olivia's Paintings have been presented in national exhibits and has won numerous awards. Her work can be found in collections as diverse as those of talk show host - Oprah Winfrey, Suzzanne Douglas, Dr. John Hope Franklin, former Chair of The President's Initiative on Race, Nnenna Freelon, Grammy-nominated jazz vocalist, Mitsubishi International in Tokyo, Japan, and SAS Institute. Her paintings have been show on many feature films and nationally syndicated television shows to include "New Jack City," "The Parent 'Hood" and the Oprah Winfrey Show. Her work was featured on the cover of the 2001 issue of the North Carolina Literary Review. « back
